14th -15th Century Nautical Themed Girdle Purse

15th – 16th century tooled Nautical themed purse dyed in a rich mahogany. This bag is 11 inches wide x 6 1/2 inches deep with a 2 1/2 inch gusset. This particular style and design was an experiment in artistry and technique and is a one of a kind. The purse has period coin pockets on the front of dark brown pig skin which are pulled tight with leather lacing terminating in matching decorative beads! There is about 8 hours of tooling and design work in this bag alone. Perfect for the Rapier fighter that has a naval experience in their personna!
