What I Do..
I specialize in creating historical leather goods. Most, if not all, of the historical items are patterned from original pieces found either in archaeological digs, museum pieces, or resourced from paintings and illuminations from the Medieval period and Renaissance.
I also offer some modern goods, including but not limited to wallets, belts, ladies handbags, gun leather, and knife sheaths. These are all custom commission pieces made by request and therefore, these items are not found in stock in the online store.
My historical and modern leather goods are all handcrafted, sewn by hand (not on a machine) and use only the best leathers available.

Unique Designs
The Medieval purses and bags that I offer are taken from examples of historical originals, except where noted. I pattern these myself, using period colors and fittings, I try and create an original piece each time. No item will be exactly the same. While bags may share the same style or pattern, individual pieces can differ significantly in details such as leather color, thread color, hardware type, and the presence or absence of tooling or stamping.
High-End Quality
Unlike mass-produced bags made on machines or imported from factories overseas, every item I create is handcrafted from start to finish. I use only premium, high-quality leather, and each piece begins with patterns that are hand-cut, hand-dyed, conditioned, and sealed. Nothing touches a sewing machine—every stitch is done by hand.
I finish each item with historically accurate hardware like buckles, belt chapes, and strap-ends, carefully mounted and secured in place. This attention to detail and craftsmanship extends to all of my work, from historical recreations to modern pieces like wallets, bags, belts, gun leather, and knife sheaths.
